What is Auditrak?

A Zendesk app that reads the conversations in scope and helps support teams understand what to prepare before changing Zendesk, adding self-service or launching more automation.

Does Auditrak replace existing dashboards?

No. Dashboards often show volume, SLA or trend metrics. Auditrak adds a qualitative read: recurring demand, visible friction, reviewable examples and a working base for the next changes.

What are the diagnostic questions?

They are ready-made business angles: recurring requests, self-service gaps, automation candidates, agent procedures, form fields, time sinks, instance health and CSAT signals.

Does Auditrak configure Zendesk automatically?

No. Auditrak does not change your instance for you. The report helps frame the work: what to document, route, fix or automate next.

Advisor and reports

What is inside Advisor?

Advisor turns the diagnostic into a working report: main findings, next actions, review points and examples the team can read.

What is the PDF for?

The PDF is the shareable deliverable for support, CX and operations reviews. More importantly, it becomes the working base for the Zendesk workflows and changes that follow.

Is the report an automatic decision?

No. Auditrak prepares the decision. Your team keeps judgment over priorities, exceptions, business constraints and the changes to apply.

Data, PII and AI

How does the Zendesk connection work?

Through a read-only OAuth authorization that a Zendesk admin approves in one click. Auditrak reads only the conversations in the scope you select; it never changes your Zendesk configuration and never sends replies. You can revoke the authorization at any time from Zendesk.

What Zendesk data does Auditrak process?

Auditrak works with the conversations included in the diagnostic, the settings you choose, the generated results and the reports it produces. Zendesk internal notes are excluded by default.

Do conversations leave Zendesk?

Yes. The Zendesk conversations in scope must be processed by Auditrak to produce the diagnostic and report. That is why the Privacy, Security, DPA and Subprocessors pages explain the providers and safeguards used.

How is PII handled?

Auditrak uses PII-aware preparation to reduce personal or sensitive details that are not needed in the report, while keeping enough examples for the team to review the findings.

Does Auditrak use AI providers?

Yes. Some analysis and report-generation steps may use AI providers. Auditrak aims to send only the material needed for the diagnostic and report flow, with reduction of unnecessary sensitive detail.

Plans and Marketplace

What does Free include?

Free includes 2 diagnostics per month with full in-app results: the overview, the investigation view and contact themes. Advisor reports and the PDF are reserved for paid plans.

How do Pro and Scale differ?

Pro includes 5 diagnostics and 5 Advisor reports per month. Scale includes 20 of each, plus extended Advisor sections for larger operations.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions purchased through the Zendesk Marketplace once the listing is live: USD 99 (Pro) and USD 249 (Scale) per Zendesk account per month, not per agent. Cancel anytime; access ends at the end of the billing period. For refund requests, contact support@auditrak.ai.
