Is there a free trial?

Free is the entry point: it gives the team a first read of the queue without unlocking the full Advisor report.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are expected to run as monthly subscriptions through Zendesk Marketplace or another approved commercial path. Auditrak does not collect payment details inside the app.

How do Pro and Scale differ?

Pro provides the standard working report. Scale is for teams with higher volume, more complex support paths or several Zendesk changes to frame.

Is it billed per agent?

The intended packaging is tied to the Zendesk account or Marketplace installation, not to buying a seat for every support agent. Final terms will be stated in the applicable offer.

Will the Marketplace listing match this page?

The Marketplace listing will carry the final public plan terms: prices, paid access, cancellation and the usage limits customers need to choose a plan.

Is pricing per agent?

No. Auditrak is priced per Zendesk account, flat. A 20-agent team pays the same USD 99 or 249 per month. There is no per-agent multiplier and no per-resolution fee. Per-agent AI add-ons elsewhere commonly run USD 50 per agent per month: USD 1,000 a month for that same team, before the base plan.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions; cancel anytime from the Zendesk Marketplace and paid access ends at the end of the current billing period.
