Auditrak.ai provides a Zendesk app that helps support teams turn Zendesk conversations in scope into findings, review points and working reports for support operations. For privacy or security questions, contact support@auditrak.ai.
For customer Zendesk data processed inside an audit, Auditrak generally acts as a processor or service provider on behalf of the customer that controls the Zendesk account. For account administration, website inquiries, support conversations, account management and business communications, Auditrak may act as a controller.
Auditrak may process Zendesk installation and authorization information, administrator contact details, Zendesk conversations and related ticket details included in the audit, audit settings, generated results and reports, support messages, billing information and limited service logs needed to run and support the service.
We use data to connect to Zendesk, run the requested audit, prepare results and reports, maintain service security, troubleshoot issues, provide customer support, manage plans or access, improve reliability and meet legal obligations.
Auditrak is designed to reduce unnecessary sensitive detail in analyzed material and customer-facing reports. The goal is to preserve business evidence while avoiding avoidable personal data exposure.
Auditrak uses trusted service providers to connect Zendesk, host the product, store customer data, produce analyses and support the service. The current public subprocessor list is available on the Subprocessors page and may be updated as the service evolves. The Data Processing Addendum describes the processor terms that apply to Customer Zendesk data where required.
Certain analysis and report-generation steps may use AI providers. Auditrak aims to send only the material needed for the audit and report flow, with preparation designed to reduce unnecessary sensitive detail.
The public website may use strictly necessary or preference cookies, for example to remember language or routing choices. Auditrak does not need advertising cookies to operate the website.
Audit data, generated results, reports, logs and support records are retained only as long as needed for service delivery, customer support, security, compliance and backup purposes, unless a customer agreement states a different retention period. Customers can request deletion or offboarding through support@auditrak.ai.
Auditrak uses approved Zendesk authorization, HTTPS for data in transit, sanitized logs and restricted internal access where practical. More detail is available on the Security page.
Auditrak and its providers may process data in the United States, European Union or other locations where they operate. Where required, Auditrak relies on appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards with customers and providers.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by contacting support@auditrak.ai. Requests relating to Zendesk ticket data may need to be handled through the customer that controls the Zendesk account.
We may update this policy as the product, providers, legal requirements or Marketplace obligations evolve. The latest version is published on this page with its update date.
