01

Incorporated terms

By accessing or using Auditrak, installing the Zendesk app, connecting Zendesk, authorizing an audit, or accepting an order or subscription agreement that references these Terms, you agree that these Terms incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Security page and Subprocessors page. The Data Processing Addendum applies where Auditrak processes Personal Data on behalf of Customer.

02

Nature of the service

Auditrak provides Zendesk ticket analysis, Voice-of-Customer findings, recommendations, product results and shareable reports. Results are decision-support material and do not replace your team's operating, legal, security or customer-experience judgment.

03

Eligibility and authority

You may use Auditrak only if you are authorized to install and connect apps to the relevant Zendesk account, approve the requested permissions and submit the relevant support data for analysis.

04

Zendesk access

Access to Zendesk uses the Zendesk app installation flow and permissions approved by the customer. Customers must not provide Zendesk passwords to Auditrak.

05

Plans, access and availability

Free, Pro and Scale describe intended product packaging and expected capabilities. Pricing, usage limits, support obligations, retention terms, data-handling commitments and commercial terms are confirmed in the applicable order or subscription terms. Auditrak may limit or suspend access to protect service reliability or security.

06

Customer data

Customers retain ownership of their Zendesk data and business content. Auditrak receives the rights needed to process the selected data, generate results, provide support, secure the service and comply with applicable obligations.

  • Customers are responsible for choosing the tickets and settings included in each audit.
  • Customers should avoid submitting secrets, payment data or data unnecessary for the support audit.
  • Customers are responsible for their Zendesk account configuration and permissions.
07

Reports and recommendations

Auditrak reports summarize observed patterns, likely automation or self-service opportunities, caveats and next checks. They should be reviewed by qualified team members before operational, automation, legal, policy or staffing decisions are made.

08

Acceptable use

You must not use Auditrak to process illegal content, intentionally submit secrets or prohibited data, test the service with data you are not authorized to analyze, reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, overload the platform or use outputs to make unlawful automated decisions about individuals.

09

Security responsibilities

Auditrak protects its service and security controls. Customers are responsible for securing their Zendesk account, managing users and permissions, reviewing Marketplace app access, and notifying Auditrak promptly about suspected misuse or compromise.

10

Third-party services and DPA

Auditrak depends on providers for Zendesk connectivity, hosting, storage, support systems and AI processing. Provider availability, terms and interruptions may affect the service. Current subprocessors are listed on the Subprocessors page. Where Auditrak processes personal data on behalf of Customer, the Data Processing Addendum applies to that processing to the extent required by law or agreement.

11

Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public business, technical, support, security and customer information received through the service. Auditrak does not use customer Zendesk content for public marketing without permission.

12

Availability and changes

Auditrak may be provided in limited availability while Marketplace launch details, pricing, usage limits and support processes mature. Features may change as the product is validated, provided that material customer-impacting changes are communicated appropriately.

13

Disclaimers

Auditrak is provided without a guarantee that recommendations will produce savings, automation success, CSAT improvement or operational outcomes. Reports may contain errors, omissions or uncertainty and should be used as decision-support evidence, not as an automatic verdict.

14

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable order or agreement, Auditrak's liability is limited for indirect, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data, business-interruption or purely reliance-based damages. Plan-specific or customer-specific commercial limits may be stated in the applicable order or subscription terms.

15

Termination and deletion

Customers may request offboarding or deletion through support@auditrak.ai. Auditrak may retain limited records where needed for legal, security, billing, backup or dispute-resolution purposes, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement.
